Natalie Mackey and Nate Newman founded Winky Lux to bring FUN to everyday beauty rituals. Having been friends for 17 years and working in fashion, finance, and e-commerce, respectively, the two founders decided that the self-serious beauty business was ready for a happiness overhaul. In 2015, they set out to create a line of products designed to produce joy when you see them (so cute!), use them (this works!), and even when you throw them away (plastic neutral, whoop whoop!).
They are happiest when nerding out about supply chains, flower patterns, packaging, dogs, and Winky Lux customers (many of whom have also become friends). Because of Winky fans like you, they get to have their dream jobs.
About Shipping
All products ordered before 3 pm ET Monday to Friday are shipped the same day and typically arrive quickly because who wants to wait when new products are involved? If you place an order over the weekend, we’ll ship your package first thing Monday.
About Returns
Winky Lux offers a 45-day return policy on all products. You may return any product within 45 days of purchase. Fill out the return form U. We will process it 1-3 business days after we receive your returned product and send you an email confirmation. Please allow up to 14 days for your bank or credit card company to post it to your account.
